Sending to CGC in Toploader/Card Saver

Card Savers are preferred, but Top Loaders are ok if necessary. They are not quite as safe as it is easier for the cards to slide out, so ensure that they cannot. Please note that the cards should be in penny sleeves within either the Card Savers or Top Loaders as well.
