I have been trying to get a copy or find someone who read it

Yes, it was the only book that I was interested in out of the entire re-issue package. I did not want to pay for an expensive premium package in order to get a copy and was hoping to encounter the book for sale by itself. No luck. Everything else has been available as a single issue in the secondary market, except for the best one.

Dang, let me know if you find it.  I'm still searching for a copy or finding someone who has read it.  Hoping someone here has it.

It's still available for sale for $10 at the publisher's website, you know...

Maybe I am missing something. I have only seen "Secret History of the Counterfeit Cerebus No. 1" sold as a bonus with another title:

https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/cerebus-no-1#/

The re-release of Cerebus #1 (red) was $10 (sold out). Would you have a direct link?

Yes, it will most definitely be very interesting to see how much this Highest Graded Universal copy can fetch since I can't remember the last time one of these came to market.  hm  :taptaptap:

Especially since if we exclude Sim's own hand picked signed copies, there's only been a handful of this key book to hit into the CGC 9's when it comes to grading condition levels.  :luhv:
