PO Box Pickup Rate 0

Hi there, I'm rather new to submitting cards- a few friends got me into collecting Pokemon cards! I've recently sent in my first submission via USPS, and it was delivered last Friday but my submission tracker still says there's nothing I've submitted. My friends said it may take a while since I sent it to the PO Box address. That leads me to my question: How often is the PO Box picked up from?

We do not pick up anything. The PO boxes are in our facility, and everything is delivered directly to us. It takes 7-10 business days to enter cards into the system.
