How long after arrival are the cards logged? 0

My USPS tracking says my order has been there for a week but is still not listed under "My submissions"  At what point should I be worried.  Thanks!

Usually it is within 7-10 business days.

Yeah, it seems CGC has been getting slammed with submissions (which is good for us, as we want CGC to have a larger market share). I use to get my orders entered in the same day or next morning after delivery but it's been taking about 7 days recently (even my EX marked boxes).
