Hey, just a quick question about turnaround times. I sent my cards off in late December when the turnaround times were 60 days with subgrades. With the recent turnaround bumps, will my cards take 80+ business days or 60 like they were supposed to?

The turnaround times are ever-changing for lower tiers as we have been getting swamped with higher tiers. We have hired dozens of people and are also expanding our facility, but unfortunately we cannot increase capacity as fast as demand has increased.
