Ivy pikachu 1st Edition Error card 0

Any idea if ivy pikachu error cards would be worth grading/selling. Saw a few on ebay but they don't seem to sell quickly. 

 

Also in general is selling cards slowing down as interest has gone up recently? I recently found some old wotc/neo/team rocket cards id like to make some money back on eventually...
