The "Available for Pickup" code is used for packages that the USPS is separating out for delivery to the CGC PO Box, which is on-site in our facility. Because there are so many packages coming in, the USPS is behind on scanning and delivering them to CGC. Please be patient, it will be delivered to CGC eventually.

What if you sent it to the PO Box and it says delivered? How long from that day do you expect submissions to be entered into the system? My sub was “delivered” on the 3rd on this month, so I’m just looking for a general timeline before i need to worry about them being lost to the mail demons. 😊

It takes 7-10 business days from delivery to when we input your submission into the system. That is for cards. Comics is longer.
