Would you prefer Post-It Flags or no? 0

Just a question regarding submissions. In the past I've always put post-it flags on the sleeve inside the Card Saver - but was wondering if that helps the graders take out the card? Would they prefer it not be there? I dont mind it either way - but just would like to know if im doing it for not reason / if they do not want it.
