Not to nitpick but the Sun will not explode for another 5 billion years, and galactic collison is also about 5 billionyears away altho new studies suggest andromeda will miss us.  Also we have no idea what humans will be capable of in one million years.  We may be able to create stars by then or not even need them.

There are only about 65 million of us Gen Xer's (give or take a million), so were approximately one sixth of the U.S population.  I'm thinking we don't have a majority anymore...hmlol

As a matter of record, here is the most recent email reply that Dylan sent to me last night...followed by my email response to him.

I didn’t realize that Domo had posted my emails when I said I would not send a defense. I wanted to spend a few days to really make sure this was well thought out and sincere. I didn’t want to post what you wanted to hear but wanted to say what I actually want to say-a rare thing these days, I know. 

Here it is, the moment you’ve all been waiting for...................

“Here’s a summary for people who want to kibitz easier: Dylan basically reaffirmed that he will probably get you back if you screw with him but if you were nice he’s sorry he was a douchenozzle and is working very hard on making your Dylan experience much much better because you deserve nothing less. I do not intend on following all social norms or appearing to be like everyone else. I will be my own person and there is absolutely nothing you can do about that. 

Whether YOU liked the way I responded to this unjust treatment in a PUBLIC community or not here’s why I think my HOS against Polonsky was proper:

Polonsky interfered with my biz by ghosting me. I was trying to purchase a book for a client-aka business and Polonsky stopped responding thus interfering with my business.

Isn't that the same argument you're making against me? In fact, he went out of his way to ignore me. Anyone can choose who they don’t deal with. However, in a community there are procedures that should be implemented if you are banning someone such as notifying them BEFORE they try to commerce with you. The burden is on the person who chooses to not deal with the other person. Conflict may arise if it’s done mid conversation; If you choose this method you should logically expect conflict. 

Polonsky violated rule #13: “Prompt responses must be made to buy requests made through the boards (posts or PMs).” Therefore my HOS for Polonsky had standing and this poll has no standing. If Polonsky normally responded to inquiries within a week, I’d say that’s on the slower side, however that’s not HOS or PL worthy. A month is excessive and probably grounds for rule #13 unless you’re in a coma or something. However, if you purposely do not message someone back that violates rule #13-it’s not prompt if you purposely ignore them. My evidence is that Polonsky’s account on the boards kept saying last active on multiple occasions showing that he had checked the thread numerous times within several hours at minimum. He should have responded to my query in a timely manner. Polonsky was active multiple times on the cgc forum by the last active feature and ignored my messages. While he may have wanted to ignore me, he had no right to do so in a for sale thread-the CGC boards is a community; If this was his company website he could. He could and should have blocked me using the block feature but he waited much longer than was necessary which is why some of my calls took place-I attempted to communicate when he did not. You can block someone, yet if you choose not to, that does not give Polonsky a free pass for the rules. If Polonsky did not want to be contacted he should have blocked my phone number. Instead he chose not to block me and play the victim. There’s a reason there is a block feature, you are more than welcome to use it on me-I do not care. But you cannot claim harassment and then choose not to block me.

I initially found the father’s number at the very bottom of the website. I chose to seek customer service from a business. I never received any notifications whatsoever from Polonsky’s father to not contact him. In fact, he directed me to call his son Lee. At the time, I was very unsure what was going on (due to Lee’s lack of communication). I was not even sure if Lee’s father had given me the correct phone number. I later realized by clicking the contact page of their website that it was correct. Some of the calls were meant to help a client

I never contacted Polonsky on social media other than the single business instagram or the CGC boards. I did not contact Polonsky’s father on any social media platforms-Domo has not supplied evidence of this because it never happened. Many people have voted trusting Domo’s good word but clearly not everything we read from Domo was true. In fact, here’s some more information about Domo:

Then Domo contacted me! LOL and started with I am not choosing to represent your voice

 I find it super hilarious that the guy who nominated me for HOS and saying I contacted someone when they explicitly said no to did the SAME thing to me and REGARDING THIS THREAD-the irony........

Here’s some people/entities that have interfered with MY business-but they haven’t been HOS’d. This might be some of what Buzzetta expected but not quite

 Again the hypocrisy: CGC and the boards interfered with my business when I got improper labels back from CGC and was not notified until it was too late. All the memes that were made with my face? That certainly violates Boards Rules and is defamatory. I don’t care but it’s technically against boards rules-I only say something because when I break the tiniest rule everyone jumps on me. And no I do not consent. I sent a message to Architect to impose infractions on those boards members and he did nothing about it and did not even open my message-that says something.

CGC damaged 2 copies of Amazing Fantasy #15-did that interfere with my business?

Danielle (Filter81) went after me out of spite on Instagram when I posted about the AF15s when we had been acquaintances and our previous conversations were friendly!. Did that interfere with my business? I had done nothing to her and she interfered with my business. Is she HOS? This is clearly a do you like Dylan, not a Dylan HOS for many reasons but mainly the fact that there are so many votes prior to my chance to even respond. You can’t vote fairly when you don’t have all the facts? 

To answer one of Lee’s posts: Danielle posted very negatively about me (but did say untrue things that were defamatory) when I had done nothing to her-she got zero consequences from the boards-I get it you all think she is a goddess etc etc and because she is a girl the rules do not apply to her. It is a free country and I can post whatever I want as long as it is true to a certain extent and you just have to grow up and live with that. I did. I dealt with it and so will you Lee. This all means nothing in the grand scheme of things. I was definitely aggressive with Lee. He could have spoken and caught up with me on the phone, answered my questions and even reaffirmed his price. My issue was not that he would not sell me the book yet that he ghosted me and acted like a you know what. Don’t ignore people that don’t deserve it. We can all form a consensus that I had done nothing wrong to him at that point in time-I filled the void, period. You may not agree with my methods but if someone disrespected you, you would not like it. Some people wouldn’t do anything back, some would. If you were my age, you’d be more likely to. We’d all like to think we’d choose to turn the other cheek but the matter of fact is that we all would not and the younger you are, the more likelier you are to stand up for yourself. I got in my first fight when someone took my balloon when I was 3! I do not put up with that sh*t maybe you do and you’re the wiser for it. But I often do not! It’s okay, we can coexist in harmony with the birds and the bees. That’s fine. In the grand scheme of things this means very little, this scenario, this guy, this comic, this thread, even if I’m banned. It all means almost the grand total of...............nothing.

Here’s some stuff that means more. It means.....something.

And finally to all board members:

(I tried to apologize about a month or 2 ago but was shot down when the thread was taken down when I had the best of intentions.)

This message is something I should have done long ago. In the past I was stubborn and defensive but have had some time to think and have had lots of advice from people I respect and trust.

I look back and see how my reactions to what people were saying only caused more anger, frustration and distrust among the concerned boardies. At that time I let my anger and defensiveness lead me down a path that only made my position look even worse and less credible. I do not care what you think about me, but it is definitely better if you’re on my side vs against me. I should have stepped back and put myself on the other side of the issue and TRIED to see things from all the other perspectives before they happened in the first place like Phoenix from the X-Men! I guess I’m kinda like Phoenix from the X-Men; I hurt people by accident (being overly defensive with boardies) but with good intentions and if you mess with me well....let’s just say it ain’t pretty; I definitely annoyed Lee Polonsky! LOL

My responses aside, I should have handled the character labels exactly how the boardies (and all of my close friends) suggested.  If I bought those character labels books and realized they weren't what I wanted when I got them, I’d want a return but it’s my fault if I didn’t read the label-so I canceled/accepted returns whether they asked for one or not once I learned what had actually happened. I was not pulling a hard and fast one on ANYONE-in a public space really? If I thought they were bad goods I could have easily given them to someone else and not put my neck on the line. Am I really that naive or maybe I just didn't think it was a problem? I’ve learned from it regardless Error by omission is not defensible. Trying to defend it just made things a disaster-I didn’t mean any harm. I still think the restoration was not additive because it was a colored pencil that did not improve the grade-the trimming was just the way it was cut at the bindery. However, anyone who has not touched these books raw does not know that for a fact. I should have been much more explicit in the description and included both my and CGC’s opinion so the buyer could make their own more informed decision as to whether or not they want the book and how much to pay, therefore I was wrong and I’m sorry. Period.

I know I may have alienated a lot of people forever, regardless I want to apologize to everyone on this forum. It is not a hollow apology and I have been proactively working with some long term successful people to create a business strategy that puts clients first. Some actions I’ve taken so far include that you can verify include:

-Spending more time grading each book so no more Giggle #3s LOL

-Grading insanely tight on DylanAuctions. It’s been over 6 months and it’s great-feel free to nitpick pictures and check my feedback

-Acting more serious and “professional” (just look at my inquisition to the rules)

it was absolutely written by me. My father has no idea this is even going on and could care less-this just proves I have the power of Dylannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

It's so unlike what you’ve seen you cannot even fathom it’s me! You’ll see more of this to come to your ongoing astonishment OR dismay. There’s a reason many of you believe I would post a ton about this on instagram. There’s a reason you thought it wasn’t me writing what I wrote. There’s a reason you don’t buy some of the tightest grading out there from me. You don’t trust me because you only know Dylan the Kid, not Dylan. I’ve already changed some of your expectations for the better and I look forward to continuously doing it again as I move forward on my  journey. Even many of the concepts I say sometimes are so abstract, many people don’t even understand them and just assume I’m crazy. I accept that I will never be fully understood by most.

 I hope these above and my future actions will prove my commitment to this path and that the boards will give me the chance to be an integral part of our hobby. I know this may be a long road for some and I understand. A clean slate would be great! You don’t owe me anything and I don’t owe you anything but it’s 100% up to you and only you. 

I’m most likely gonna delete my boards account anyway because to me it’s a waste of time FOR ME when I could otherwise be working and improving my business. Whatever happens in the election I’m content with. I’d prefer to win but it doesn’t matter to me-it’s actually unimportant in the grand scheme of things

I’m flattered that people are pretending to be me. It's definitely a big ego boost! Sureeee, 2 accounts (found by reading thread). That’s really gonna accomplish a ton. With these 2 accounts we can make millions of dollars and inspire the people. These 2 accounts will solve world hunger and cure cancer! Oh wait. I’m being accused of 2 accounts. Does that really make sense for what you know about me? If I was gonna do that, I’d do.....2 MILLION accounts. PLease....

We get it.  In your head, you feel like everyone else is wrong and you are right.  Unfortunately for you, that's just not true.  You aren't anywhere near as smart or clever as you think you are.  What you are.......is banned from the forum for your behavior.  
 
You need to understand that nobody is obligated to communicate with you if they don't want to.  Nobody is obligated to provide you with a reason why they don't want to communicate with you.  And nobody is obligated to sell you a book just because you want them to.  
 
One of these days, you and your attitude could run into someone in the real, physical world that doesn't feel like dealing with it all....and they might decide to beat you like a Grand Canyon mule instead.  I don't wish that on you, Dylan, and I certainly hope it never happens.  But with your ridiculous, self-entitled and spoiled attitude.....I don't think the odds are in your favor.  
 
Do better, Dylan.  Be better.  Or not.  That choice....and its consequences.....are entirely up to you.

I'm going to add this for the record, in case someone reads the poll and sees all the "no votes"

There were a great many shills created in the last hour, all of whom voted "no". The actual  count was heavily in favor of his being admitted.
