I have a few promo cards i want to send in for grading, and I'm not sure if they can stay in their sleeve they come in (the closed plastic) or if i should put them in a penny sleeve? They will be going out in rigid sleeves, just want to make sure the sealed ones are ok. Thanks!

They should be removed and put in a penny sleeve and then a semi-rigid. We do not want sealed cards submitted to CGC.
