Dispute a grade? 0

I received a grade on a Rainbow Pikachu VMAX and I am not sure I understand how the surface received a 6.5. I looked at the images provided and maybe I am just missing something but it seems a 6.5 is way off based on the image. I am definitely newer to getting cards grading and am looking for some insight.

Hello,

Whenever there is a low surface grade like that, it is almost always a dent in the card. I looked, and the graders put an internal note that indeed states there is a dent on the card. Sometimes cards just come with damage like that from the factory, sorry. The only option you would have would be to submit it for regrade, but I would advise against it as it will still be knocked for that dent.
