If you are flooding them with stuff then what did you expect to happen? If I decide to spend the money and send in 100,000 books in April, CGC cannot handle that and no company could reasonably be expected to. Taking a pause is the only recourse. I was told specific dates my cards would move twice and they never did. One of the major reasons why I am so frustrated.
