Can the agents when I call please not tell me dates unless they are sure. Back in January I was told it was going to move by the next week on like January 25th. I called back in February 10th or around there and I was told my big bulk would be back to me by 3/20. I called in today and I was told my big bulk wouldn't be back to me until the end of May. So when is it going to be back to me. All my small submissions in the same batch moved to Scheduled. I just want a real answer please. I really am trying to hold my patience but this is so frustrating, I wouldn't of sent my prized possessions in bulk if I knew it wasn't going to be the original 20-30 days. There's big submissions being done around the same date so why isn't mine? Every day I'm losing value in most of these cards because of the waits.

They should not be trying to estimate dates for you. I let the head of Customer Service know.
