So the day after the status turned to G/E/I (October 1st) I still hadn't been charged, so I called their accounting department and told them to charge me to avoid any hold issues, and so they did. The payment came out the same day, and I was emailed a receipt on the 2nd.

My submission was 5/3 181 bulk no sub grades, g/e/i on 10/1, still no move from g/e/i, this is pretty ridiculous, they told me I wouldn’t get my cards back until January, what a joke

It honestly makes me wonder if they try to get orders with lower amount of cards out the window first. Seeing how my 63 order and a 50 order got out before two orders of 150+.

FYI.  They are still using the old brown divider packaging even though it's a known fact that it damages the cases.  

Bulk received 4/24 delivered today.  1/3 was in a box with the old packaging and at least 2 of my cards are damaged from it.  I stopped looking after that because it is so unbelievably frustrating that CGC thinks there is a world where it's ok to use up stock of old packaging that they 100% know causes damage.

Completely unacceptable.

Ok my order moved to quality control/finalized, today 11/9, I’m definitely less upset about other orders moving ahead of mine, I can’t wait to get my cards back

I've had this happen numerous times. Take photos and contact CGC ASAP. They'll set you up with instructions on what to do and return shipping so the cards can be recased.

I admit when I am wrong - and I suppose I was!

My 4/30 CGC Bulk went from g/e/i to Grading/QC for ONE Business day- THEN SHIPPED!

Maybe it is FIFO - their updates on status' just lack a bit - which is perfectly fine with me!
