Maybe one day CGC can set up a signing event..."

Needless to say I have already packed up my copy to send out tomorrow to add Dini's signature and remarque.

Its tempting for sure, I'm not sure if I need ss'd but I do have some under copy doubles that weren't pressed lol

Not sure if I should put this here or the noob thread (since I am a "getting my own books signed" noob) but: does Sabine Rich regularly do signings? Been stressing out about a few books that I ordered not getting to me in time to send on to CGC, but if she is a frequent signer than I can just wait until next time. (I already sent in a submission of the books I had, these are just a few extras that I thought would look cool in a signed slab.)

I would love to get a head or full body sketch but will have to pass for two reasons:  I dont have the cash right now but even if I did, I wouldn't pay good money when the final design and subject matter are at the artists discretion.  If I'm laying down $1325, I should get to dictate exactly what I'm looking for in that sketch.

Part of me wants to state that it is legal mumbo jumbo, but when the description of the sketch on the form is like 3 sentences long lol

I can't fathom trying to get it all in, I had trouble with just a Jim Lee sketch, but I agree, it would be tempting if I had the funds ha!

I can see if you get to overly wordy on what you want, but you should be able to put something like 'Wolverine leaping with extended claws' and expect to get just that.

I can see if you get to overly wordy on what you want, but you should be able to put something like 'Wolverine leaping with extended claws' and expect to get just that.

That's why I was going to state it's just legal mumbo jumbo. Not only getting too wordy but to avoid the over descriptive request considering bosoms of female characters, or just all out nudity.

I will say I got descriptive with my Jim Lee gambit, I asked for a lot of hair, the coat, a lot of ink that is recognizable on a dark cover, and if needed outline in white. This is what I got, perfect to the "T" !!

Finch announced today

Funny, I just sent my books in last week to facilitator for signing at NYCC.  Cut off date makes it look like he would sign at the earliest after RICC which is first weekend of Nov.
