PGM GL 1 (1 of 2) (Grades are in!) 2 2

I am trying to decide if it is worth getting these two copies of GL 1 graded.  Neither is going to be great, but wondering what I could expect on this one after a clean/press?

Is it detached from that top staple? 

I mean, it's a low grade book, but a press would help tremendously and it would look great in a slab. 

I'm thinking 2.5 

 

Work with a pro for a proper press to really clean it up.

It took 14 months for C&P and grading, but finally got these back.  Estimates were pretty close.
