Special Marvel Edition 15... am I just getting old and jaded, but boy did ruin all the hype once the movie landed.

That's Bronze not Copper, but your point still stands.  I was in the market for that book myself and, looking back, could have had much better timing in my purchase.  I clearly underestimated the supply of 9.6 copies of this book, because the market was flooded with them right after I bought mine.

Was your comic Chi off?  You must be one with the comic universe grasshopper and not listen to the comic cosmic noise of the CGC boards

Thank you sensei.  I've been very happy with my moves overall, but this was one case where I clearly lacked discipline.

I did the exact same thing. Bought a 9.6 in May for what was a good price...at the time. Now......

All the books I'm still looking for are definitely climb.

I'm going to be patient with Spidey #101 though because right after that movie comes out I expect it will be ease.

There’s a pretty good track record of this. Carnage being a recent example. If you want to sell then get in around trailer time, if you want to buy just give it a few weeks after release.

Continued tracking of my Top 50 aka The Personal Collection.
I am utilizing eBay sold items (with auctions taking priority over buy-it-now) to determine FMV.
Oct to Nov yielded the 2nd month this year with a downturn.
Do believe a correction is forthcoming once conventions begin again / new money realizes it is easier to launder money using NFTs than comics.

Jan to November           41.58% increase overall
January to February           .39% increase
February to March           6.98% increase
March to April                 11.77% increase
April to May                     7.21% increase
May to June                    2.46% increase
June to July                      .72% increase
July to August                 3.69% decrease
August to September     1.19% increase
September to October  13.07% increase
October to November    3.80% decrease

This one is interesting. Actually started dropping before the movie hit theatres. Then, the movie absolutely rocked...with Shang Chi planned to have a huge MCU presence for years to come.... and the book continues its free fall.  That really hasn't happened with any key first appearance that also had huge MCU success with the first movie.

18K? Was a bargain last year on Heritage

I was after the Avengers 80 and 92 in 9.6, GPA is around $450ish each, they both went well over a $1000 each, I mean WTF?  I find it unbelievable people are willing to pay double what a book is worth, yes I know GPA is not gospel but does common sense not come into it at some stage?

Thanks!

Curious, are you saying you think the grades are suspect on the so-called "Oregon Coast Collection"?

Actually those books looks alright.   I've eye'd up a few of them, and looked, and I haven't seen anything out of the ordinary with the assigned grades.

That all depends if the character like stocks has future growth.  Carnage went down because he is dead in the Sony-Verse, but Venom (ASM 300) is very stable because of the now confirmed Spider-Man/Venom team-up in the near future.

Morbius I think will be a part of Spider-Man Sony-Verse going forward. Will it will never be in the ASM 14 category it's going have some leg for a while.

Have to remember after Spider-man No Way Home it's a wrap for a long time for the MCU to get to use Spider-Man.  Sony doesn't need Marvel now and vice verse.  Welcome to the Spidey-Verse!

Hi There,

New guy here.  Sorry if this is a silly question, but I'm very interested in learning how you generated such a data filled report.  Is that created by a program you wrote yourself or is it part of some online service or what?  Thanks.
