Turn Around Time with New Employees and Higher Prices 0

With the addition of new staff and higher prices when will we begin to see a more expedited turn around time? Will we ever see under 30 day sand 7 day expedited turn around being reality with additional staffing?

Thanks for your message.  Yes, we are hiring additional staff and are working many hours of overtime every week, including weekends, to bring these times down but with the volume we have been receiving over the past few months, it is going to take some time to work through them.  We appreciate everyone's patience and are sorry for any inconvenience these longer times might cause.
