Trading Card online submission form drop down not working

Hello everyone,

I am trying to submit a handful of Pokemon cards, but when I click online submission forms - there is no trading card option in the drop down.

I have tried clearing caches, tried different browsers, my cell phone, and other computers. Same issue.

What is the fix here?
