Help! My ASM#300 has gone missing at Comic Conline 1 1

I submitted my books to Comic Conline for the Michelinie & Bagley signings. They included pretty pristine copies of ASM #300 & ASM #361. (Not 9.8s but definitely contenders for 9.6) They confirmed they received the books and had set it aside for the facilitator, Agents of Slab. I never heard or received an invoice and when I contacted AoS they send they never received it. Having dealt with them before I tend to believe AoS as they do call to confirm they received your books. I haven’t gotten much of a response from Comiconline.

Has anyone else had issues with Comiconline or with the Bagley/Michelinie signings? Just trying to figure out what to do...
