Ungraded Card in Submission 0

My express order was graded today, but 1/3 was not graded. I called to see why and was sent the grading report, but it was blank. I called again and got sent another blank one. Is there a way to find out why my card was not graded?

Did you already receive the card back?  I'd have thought that it would have a sticker that states the reason, such as Questionable authenticity or altered/trimmed.

I haven't received them back yet.

Then I would wait to get them back before bothering CGC.... The answer is probably gonna be attached to the card.
