Is there a way to get an explanation on a subgrade that appears incorrect or there is something I just cant see?  Cert #3844457024.  Not sure how the surface got a 6.5 when I compare card to other two submitted just like it.  Not saying I am not missing it but for the life of me I cannot figure it out.  Thanks

Hi there,

You can reach out to our customer service team at service@cgccards.com, to see if they can find an explanation for you.

There is likely a small indent somewhere on the card causing the low surface grade. It would not be visible in an image.
