2 Submissions with no movment on them 0

i submitted 2 order back in 15th febuary and neither has even moved besides being logged into the system and one of which should be completed or at least in grading by now but still nothing and i contact customer service and hear nothing back from them any chance i can get a update?

The turn around times are dependent on the tier you selected for your cards. Customer Service is the best way to look further into your order.
