If the sticker is for the other double loaded book, I should hopefully be covered. Found a store locally that got added late, and signed up for mail order from a western store.

If it turns out to not be a secret Bad Idea book, I think the creator of this book is going to get an unreasonable expectation for future sales.

It would be cool if it isn't a Bad Idea book, but it turns out to be really good, and gives the book a boost because of mis-placed speculation.

Well it is a 1-shot, not sure about expectation on future sales.  But def agree.

Saw an article about it on Bleeding Cool.
Immediately checked my DCBS account to make sure it showed as in my awaiting shipment.
Then checked eBay...
Then I had to come back here and credit @Crops068 for the original scoop.

Nice! I haven't checked any of the news sites today or this week for that matter. I'll have to check eBay now. I placed a DCBS order and have a copy or two at my local shops.

I also ordered from DCBS but, unfortunately, DCBS has a habit of saying to me "so sorry, not enough copies received and you lose." That usually happens to me, and I expected it to happen this time, but luckily it didn't. I actually stopped ordering from DCBS because of that issue, but for this book DCBS was the easiest place to order it from.

It was in Previews, but I was unable to place my order through my two shops' pullbox account, so I had to call them. Both said they would have a copy for me, but only one did, which isn't surprising because they've dropped the ball before. It isn't a case of them pocketing the book and selling at a markup, it's just a case of so-so management/a lot going on.

Yes, DCBS does, unfortunately, leave a lot to be desired in that respect and although the condition of the comic books I receive from them are light years better than they were following their disastrous move to Memphis or Nashville, I forget which, they are still often far worse than prior to that move.

As I wrote, I'm going to be moving away from them and order fewer comic books, etc., from other retailers, often paying more per book but I'll be rid of the DCBS headache and, based on not having orders cut and the condition of books from these other vendors, likely better off.

I once got a shipment from them where it was clear to me that all of the incentives had been dropped as a group together prior to packing, because they were all busted in the same corner and there was no obvious issue with the box itself. I guess they figured that I wouldn't notice. More recently I've been having issues where a shipment will come in totally unbagged.
