Wrong Label - Mislabeled Pikachu 0

I have a card that was mislabeled from my most recent submission: https://www.cgccomics.com/certlookup/3852997008/ This is just the Base Set - Unlimited - 58/102 Pikachu. That is exactly how I entered it into the system and I didn't designate it as any type of variety. While it is nice that a CGC grader wanted to give me a rarer Pikachu E3 label, there is no "E3" symbol above the "10" , like there is in this example: https://www.cgccomics.com/certlookup/3773994103/ . Do I just send the card back and it gets relabeled for free? I'd rather have the correct type in my collection.

What is the solution when a card gets the wrong designation?

Sorry about that! I updated it in the system. You can send it in for free to fix. Just circle the issue in sharpie on the holder. Contact customer service and they can provide you a label.
