How to get pictures larger than 200kb?

Dumb question, but how can I post a picture larger than 200kb? A 200kb picture will really tell you nothing about a book... The scans I have of the book I have a question for are 4.5MB. Any help would be appreciated.

1) 200KB is the limit here.

Be thankful as until about a month ago it was 150KB

 

2) Anything over ~300KB is for us dial-up users.

 

3) I use Photobucket, which is free for pics up to 250KB.

Okay.. I got a Photobucket account last night, but I figured the 250kb pic was too small.. I guess not!... Thanks for the help!!
