CGC Didn't Use $150 Credit? 0

So I got my invoice a few days ago and my credit card was charged $102.  It was a single card for Express.  I know I need to pay for shipping back, but that seems a little high.  Nothing was broken down in the invoice for what was shipping, fees, grading, etc.  Is that the normal price for an express card after the credit was taken out?  This is my first submission ever.

I had to do the same thing so it must've been a larger issue.

Hi! Planning to Sign up at the $150 level. Just to clarify this credit IS able to be used toward acrd grading fees, correct? I know I will pay shipping but the word "comics" is thrown around and I know it will be for cards! Thanks for any input
