Hey team,

Just wondering if anyone knows the difference between "Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging" and "Grading / Quality Control". I see two submissions of mine in a "Grading" status but I'm not sure what the difference is. The second sub transitioned from  "Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging" to "Grading / Quality Control" today. And I've never seen the former before.

They added this new status last week, and when they did, it caused a glitch changing everyone's status one step forward automatically. They don't know how to fix that glitch, so they aren't saying anything official publicly.
