Has anyone had any issues with CGC saying your card is held up due to accounting issues? I sent a card in for express services and after 14 days of being logged in I inquired about the status. The response from CGC was:

 Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry.  This submission is completed and holding in our safe.  It appears there may be an accounting issue delaying shipment.

I have copied the accounting department on this email to address the situation. 

I emailed the accounting department and have not heard back. Ant help would be greatly appreciated. Also there is no reason on my end that it should be held up in accounting.
