I sent my cards for grading all the way back in December of 2020 and it is now July 2021. I have tried to get help but it seems I have gotten non email wise but this page has helped a little. I will show my proof that it was delivered to the address. This is my final attempt.

Thats because you messed up...

If using USPS, ship your packaged cards to:

CGC Trading Cards
PO Box 4701
Sarasota, FL 34230

If using a shipping provider other than USPS, ship your packaged cards to:

CGC Trading Cards
5501 Communications Parkway
Sarasota, FL 34240

 

It seems you shipped it FedEx to the USPS box...can't really put this on them.

I also don’t think he followed directions from multiple posters who told him to call Customer Service months ago and was even provided the number and advised to try to reach out to Paul.

Yeah I think this is on you, you'll have to contact Customer Service with that one. Good Luck!

 

In the future though, you can use FedEx to ship to a PO Box if you use FedEx SmartPost.

How the hell did you get FedEx to deliver to a PO Box?? Lol.. Lack of attention to detail on your part.. Read instructions very carefully. When in doubt reach out… ask questions.

I do not recall ever hearing about this situation. I am guessing they were unfortunately delivered to the wrong address as it was not shipped to the proper one for FedEx. We are well into February 2021 for all submission tiers.
