Will usps hold my submission at the post office and require a signature or will it be delivered straight to my house. Asking because I am moving at the end of the month and unsure if I will receive my submission back in time

They SHOULD require a signature. But I think it depends on your postal carrier. The carriers here just leave packages on the stoop even if they need a signature.

Assuming this is indeed USPS that you're concerned about (vs UPS or FedEx), you can file for a Change of Address.  That should take care of what you need.

They ship USPS registered mail, which has tracking. Depending on location, it can take longer than typical priority mail.

Go to your local US Post Office and change your address AND you can notify CGC about your new address.
