My Economy Order stuck on "Grading/Encapsulating/Imagining" for months, credit card not yet charged 0

My Economy Order was received on 2/15/21. About 1-2 months ago it change status to "Scheduled for Grading" then very shortly after became "Grading/Encapsulating/Imaging" but then remained with that status every since. My credit card has not yet been charged. I assumed that it once it actually got to the grading stage it was ready to grade and wouldn't take another 2 months+. Can you give me an update on my order?

I noticed I get charged when it gets tot he Grading/QC phase right before it gets shipped
