Turnaround Time for Submission Boxes to be Opened 1 1

Hi, I sent in a box of comics that arrived at CGC 4 weeks ago (on 7/15). The package delivery confirmation tool on the CGC website confirms that it arrived at the CGC facility, but it appears that the box has not yet been opened (it does not yet show up in the Submission Tracking page).

I just wanted to make sure this is normal.

Good morning,

CGC is currently opening mail from the week of June 7th for comics.  You can find out what week we are opening on our website here: CGC Services & Fees | CGC (cgccomics.com)  We have not started opening mail from July yet so it will be a few weeks until you see that logged in.

Hi, Does credit card get charged at the time the box is opened and is there a notification of the exact date that the card will be charged?  TX  Greg

You need to be prepared to be super patient. The current CGC wait times for grading are months long, unless you did a walkthrough. Current economy grading received in May is due back around January 2022.
