No Scanned Images on Verify Certification Page for Trading Card Submission 0

Hi there,

I submitted quite a few Pokemon cards to CGC a few months ago. I received the cards back and have been trying to sell them. However, the cards that went through the standard tier service don't have any scanned images of the cards attached to the Verify Certification page. It only includes text with the certification number, information about the card, and its grade. This is making it difficult to sell the cards, because some buyers are questioning their legitimacy.

Is this an error on CGC's end? I reached out to customer service but I haven't heard anything back yet. I'm hoping to get a reply soon, but I figured I could post here in the meantime in case there's an obvious explanation that I'm missing.
