furthur
Here’s a nice Gene Colan pencil page from one of my favorite series-Nathaniel Dusk. The art was printed with color right over the pencils without any inks davidtere, RBerman and RafaVia

RBerman
I can't recall whether I once posted this on "my week in art." It's by Alex Konat from Aspen's "Eternal Soulfire," a sequel in Michael Turner's "fairies vs sci fi" Soulfire world. These police are about to confront a dragon. I consider it an example of how excellent modern art is available at prices well within the Morlock budget. RBerman
I got these four pencil pages from the back-up story in Mindfield #1 (2010) by Lori Cross Hanson for $30 each. I liked the attention to the room clutter. Whatever he saw on TV, it wasn't good. Were his girlfriend and her parents involved in a car wreck? RBerman
I quite liked Barry Kitson's work on Legion of Super-Heroes, especially his mop-top, turtleneck-cape version of Triplicate Girl. Here are two pages featuring her, plus a commission he did for me during Dragon Con 2019. Edited September 26, 2021 by RBerman BCarter27

One particular lot was 5 Chan Powerman pages that was my most expensive purchase ever (but is about 100 a page, so very happy) and also a Saviuk Web page, that I didn’t even remember I won, 😝 MagnusX, Andahaion, RBerman and 2 others 4

RBerman
Getting this page of tight Mike Grell X-Men pencils for under $100 at auction felt like... maybe not stealing, but a good deal at least. Popular Post rocket1312
Escalating prices have killed most of my enthusiasm for this hobby, but I was really excited to pick up this prime Zeck/Day Master of Kung Fu page from eBay for $400. Not much in the way of Shang-Chi or kung fu action, but it's still a cool vintage page from a great art team at a relatively affordable price.
