Help verifying coverless amazing spiderman 1

Hey all, I recently purchased this book raw on ebay.  Yes, I know, incredibly risky, but I'll admit there didn't seem to be many red flags...  You know, except for the fact that it was a zero feedback ebay seller.  Anyhow 5 days later and this arrived.  I'm pretty sure it's authentic, just would love a second opinion.  The book is 16 total leafs double sided (so 32 total pages).  Has all the original ads, is this a legit ASM 1?  Thank you all in advance!

It's not the Golden Record Reprint from 1966 as that looks like this:

It could have been a pence copy interior though, as all the pence-defining features are on the cover and indicia. So that aspect can never now be proven but given that the interiors were all part of the same print run that doesn't matter now.

It's not the Marvel Tales #138 reprint either:

So it looks legit to me.
