Everyone think the Action #1 restored/brittle for $300,000 is as expected - I thought it might go higher......., maybe brittleness held it back a bit ?

Any book including Action get hammered a bit for Brittle pages.  I think because BP just reminds us that at some point all these books will be a pile of dust. Except the ones with preservation to save them from extinction but they will all have purple labels

My guess was the brittle pages as well kept the Action down.  Ive personally never had a problem with brittle pages on these mega keys if it's been in a holder for a number of years and there are no flakes anywhere to be seen.
