Hello and welcome! In your first new membership email you should receive a redemption code for the value of a shipping kit. Did you see that in your welcome email?

I have the same question. I just purchased an associate membership and the shipping boxes say "backordered."  Can I ship the comics using my own boxes? Can I use the shipping box credit towards the cost of grading? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
