PGM Doctor Strange #3 1974 4 4

Doctor Strange # 1974. This one has a few things going on...Off-white pages, there is a ripple top rt cover and extends first 5 pages, indent bottom left cover edge below the woman's thigh, some discoloration in the box the price of the issue is located, also that little piece of the top left cover corner that you see flying loose, and back cover left side about 2" up from the bottom there's a tight crease or maybe scratch?

This brings me to a question, that top left cover corner loose piece, what is that considered as far as defects go and what's the hit?

I'd treat the corner like a tear. Looks about 1/8" so 9.4-ish.
