I wish I could triple like that last post, @Jayman.  Here’s one of my favorite Totleben covers and Swamp Thing isn’t even on it.  So creepy. Too bad he didn’t do the interior art.

I'm desparate to get a 9.8 of this one.  I own two 9.6 copies which I sent in myself.  They are the only ones in the census last time I checked.  I must have at least 7 copies I've bought over the years from mail order.  None are NM/M quality though and the black cover has been challenging.  I just put this one in the Want to Buy section yesterday because it's the last Totleben cover I need in 9.8.  I loved the Mark Millar run on Swamp Thing (#140-171) too.  I highly recommend reading them if you haven't yet.

I tried rewatching this movie not too long ago and I couldn't finish it.  I did like seeing Leland Palmer as Alec Holland though.

I think a 9.8 of Phantom Stranger #14 might be as pricey as a 9.8 Swamp Thing #1.

Not necessarily cheap, but a 9.8 is recorded in January 2021 by GPA at $1,100. And a 9.6 in February of this year at $618.
A Swampy #1 in 9.8 will hit you close to $6K now...!

I guess I won’t be upgrading mine ever.  GoCollect lists $425 for a 9.2.  Seems undervalued to me for the first appearance of Alec Holland and Matt Cable (the raven in Sandman) Maybe I should look into 9.2 Demon #1’s before I regret it?
