CGC just told me that can’t get my item signed 1 1

Anyone one else have there item lost by CGC for months then when checking in for multiple times, being told be patient because they didn’t open the packages yet, then told (after calling them for the hundredth time) we finally found your item but missed the signing with the artiest and can’t do anything about it. 
 

Super frustrating!!  I thought Did the right thing here. Wondering if it common for others. Me just venting….

Tough to hear about that.  When I have submitted, it has been checked in pretty fast.  The only thing I can think of is if your mailing was not labeled properly with artist initials.   They look for those and open before other submissions
