where and how do we use the promo codes we're given?

Good morning,

It would depend on the code.  If you are referring to something like the recent BOGOCGC code we just announced to get a free small shipping kit, that would be entered at checkout on the CGC store. CCG Store (collectiblesgroup.com)  For this offer, you must put two kits into your cart and enter the code at checkout and it will remove the cost for one of the kits.
