Production wrinkle versus crease.

I recently took my collection out of storage after more than 4 decades and have been cataloging everything.  I've now seen a couple of wrinkles like the one below mostly on back covers.  This is the first I've seen on a front cover.  Clearly not a human caused normal crease.  Is this graded any differently than a typical crease?

I posted the question in the "Ask CGC" forum as well.  Hopefully, I will get an "official" answer.

A printers/production crease should have minimal effect on grade. Printer’s creases are not considered a defect as I’m aware.

"MFG defect". Recognized as a flaw, but as a result of the printing process, and not eligible for Mint or Gem Mint.
