My Cards have been in Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging for over a month now.  I called customer service 2 weeks ago and they were done Grading right away but waiting for Encapsulation.  Why is it taking months to be put in a slab?

Hello

You would have to call customer service to see exactly where your submission currently stands.  With that said, the delay is due to the high amount of submissions that have been received, and going through the grading/encapsulation.  Hopefully, it won't be too much longer.
