Question about rust and how much it effects the grades of high grade comics?

I have an Avengers 196 Newsstand CGC 9.2 that has very light rust on one staple and a small amount of light rust migration onto the paper.  Let me find it and I'll upload a picture tomorrow.

Here are those pics of my CGC 9.2 with staple rust.  It's in the grader's notes, so I know it didn't develop in the slab.

I wish they would list all the defects in their notes so we would always know if a problem developed in the slab, from rust or shaken comic syndrome

Yes, but keep in mind that the picture is super magnified (on purpose so you can see it) and with the book in hand, you can hardly see it unless you're looking very closely.  It's otherwise a very nice copy, probably a 9.4 without the slight rust on the staple.
