Grading/Quality Control Status

I have had 3 orders in the "Grading/Quality Control" status for about a month now. In the past once the order got to that stage it only took a day or two before the books were finalized and released. Is this OK for it to be in that status for so long? Or do I need someone to investigate further. Thanks

Good morning,

Thanks for your message.  There is no set amount of time that an invoice will remain in one status.  That time will vary depending on the tier and how many invoices are ahead of yours. The important thing to look at is the total turnaround time.  If the order is still within the normal time frame for the tier then there is no issue.  You can certainly contact our customer service department with your submission number and they can check the status for you.  You can reach them at 877-662-6642 or by email at submissions@cgccomics.com.
