Excellent color strike and gloss, supple pages. Cover has a little ink overspray on the top edge.
3 small creases, URC. About a half-dozen spine bends & 3 barely break color toward bottom staple.
Small dirt/smudge on spine, about the middle area.
Pen tip type impression on LRC area in Dracula’s cape, dropping down vertically past the woman’s right hand.
Pressable? - probably.
Back cover is clean, with very light edge wear, probably pressable as well.

Spine roll & a fair amount of wear. Corner creases. Date stamp. On the interior of the covers, some light foxing is evident. Back cover has spine wear, numerous color rubs. More creaes and light soling. The good news is the staples are tight, and the book is solid for the grade.

Nice gloss & pages. A few spine bends in the white miswrap area, but don’t break color.
The major defect on this book is a smear/smudge just above the Werewolf’s right shoulder and arm, which goes into his shadow & into the chains holding him.
Back cover is pretty clean. A light bend in the URC and LLC. There is also a very light vertical crease that runs diagonally on the back starting at ‘DO’ and all the way down to the ‘Postage Will Be Paid By’ circle within the square. This crease barely breaks color in the upper part of the back cover.

Not a 9.8 candidate, I don’t believe. Front cover is excellent. Very small, light ink transfer or soiling in price box area, next to ‘98/Feb’.
Back cover has 1 spine tick. Two spots near that that appear to barely break color, but are not ticks. Maybe light scratches. Very small.
Biggest flaw is the LLC of the back cover, which has a very small corner crease.

Spine corners have small production burrs/tears. One spine bend, non-color breaking.
Back cover, open edge, near ULC has a very small color-rub looking area. LLC has a very small, light crease that runs vertical from bottom edge maybe 1/8”.  Top and bottom edges, closer to spine has 2 very small & light production wrinkles/bends. Could possibly pass as a 9.4
