You have had my books for over 95 business days that's according to your records I know you have actually had them a little longer. Now I read that you have caught up and books are being graded as soon as they come in. So please explain to me why I haven't already received my books?

Hello,

Books are not being graded as soon as they come in. What the announcement says is that we no longer have a backlog for opening packages and entering the comics into our system. Those comics being entered now are put in line behind yours.
