CGC Supply Store discount 2 2

Does anyone know why I'm not seeing the 10% discount for supplies at the CGC store? I registered for an account and entered my CGC membership number but the discount isn't applied at checkout. What am I missing?

Customer service instructed me to to just add code "10OFF" at checkout for the discount to apply. While it didn't resolve why the discount didn't apply after entering my membership # the code did work properly so didn't inquire any further.

for what you get it's actually not that bad of a deal. I prefer to use the solid boxes they offer anyway plus it comes with bags and boards.

Darnit, just bought some sig series bags now that they're back in stock and completely forgot about the discount. Not much lost but oops.

Just ordered the signed hardcover and the discount wasn't automatically applying. Put in 10Off and it then took it off so guess that's what needs to be done.
