Part I of this thread is now CLOSED.  Invoices will be sent out during coffee tomorrow morning. I would like to mail out the books claimed in this first leg of the thread before Monday, December 6, hoping the books arrive before the Christmas break.  Part II of this thread could begin before Christmas, but books in the Part II thread will NOT be shipped out until after New Years. Once again, thanks to all who bought, lurked and looked.
